A proposed 400MWdc (320MWac) solar farm project and battery energy storage

Our proposed Gundary Solar Farm project consists of a 400MWdc (320MWac) solar farm and battery energy storage system (BESS), located southeast of Goulburn, New South Wales, within the local government area of Goulburn-Mulwaree Council.

We are in the final stages of undertaking the detailed assessments that will form the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the solar project and designing management and mitigation solutions. We hosted drop-in community information sessions at the end of March 2024 to share the outcomes of the detailed EIS assessments, recent modifications to the project layout and to discuss next steps with the community. Lightsource bp will inform key stakeholders when the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is available for public exhibition.
