Our Sandy Creek project consists of a 840MWdc solar farm and battery energy storage system (BESS), located approximately 25km southwest of Dunedoo and 30km north-west of Gulgong, within the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone.<\/p>\n

The proposed solar project is being assessed as a State Significant Development (SSD), under Part 4 of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979<\/em>. The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) is the determining authority for SSD applications.<\/p>\n

The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was submitted to DPHI in May 2024 for assessment.<\/p>\n\n <\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
